These Terms of Service govern your use of the VINAST website and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
VINAST provides an AI shopping assistant and related tools for online stores, including chat, product recommendations, order tracking, cart recovery, support automation and analytics.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to upgrade. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Send spam or messages customers have not agreed to receive
- Sell illegal, counterfeit or prohibited products
- Attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the platform
- Mislead customers about who they are talking to
5. Your content and data
You keep all rights to your store data and content. You grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI-generated responses
The assistant answers based on the information you provide. You are responsible for keeping product information and policies accurate and for reviewing important customer communications.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and contact
