VINAST is an AI company based in Da Nang, Vietnam, building shopping assistants for e-commerce businesses.
We started VINAST after seeing how much time small online sellers spend answering the same questions on Facebook, Zalo and their websites, often late at night, while customers wait and orders slip away.
Our goal is simple: give every store, big or small, a tireless sales assistant that knows its products, speaks its customers' language and turns conversations into revenue.
